What is Brasswood Festival?

Brasswood Festival is a one-day event that brings together concerts by exceptional artists, sound, light, and the magic of the forest.

When and where is the festival happening?

The festival takes place on 12 September 2026 at the Opera Leśna in Sopot.

Tickets will be available for purchase through the TICKETS section on our website.

What payment methods are available?

We accept credit and debit cards, as well as online payment systems like BLIK, PayU, and bank transfers. Full details on available payment options will be provided during checkout.

Will tickets be available at the venue?

Yes, tickets will be available for purchase at the entrance on the day of the event.

Can I get a refund for my ticket?

Tickets can only be refunded if the event is postponed or canceled. Please refer to the festival’s terms & conditions for more details.

Are single-day tickets available?

Yes! You can purchase a ticket for a single festival day or a full festival pass.

Will there be attractions besides concerts?

RULES & REGULATIONS

Is the festival family-friendly?

Yes! Children are welcome, and we are planning special activities and workshops just for them. More details coming soon! However, please note that children must remain under the supervision of a parent or guardian at all times.

Can I bring my dog? (To be confirmed)

Out of love for animals and their well-being, we kindly ask you not to bring dogs or other pets to the festival. Loud music, large crowds, and a dynamic atmosphere can be overwhelming for them. We want both our guests and their pets to feel safe and comfortable.

What items are prohibited at the festival?

For the safety of all attendees, the following items are not allowed on festival grounds:

  • Weapons or any potentially dangerous objects
  • Professional recording equipment (cameras with interchangeable lenses, video/audio recorders)
  • Large backpacks and suitcases
  • Outside alcohol and prohibited substances
  • Glass bottles and containers
  • Lasers, fireworks, or other pyrotechnics
  • Drones or other flying devices

Can I take photos and record concerts?

You are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use only. However, professional recording equipment, including cameras with interchangeable lenses, video/audio recorders, and cameras with an optical zoom above 6x, is not permitted.

Additionally, some performances may have a strict "no photo policy", prohibiting all photography and recording. Please respect the atmosphere and festival guidelines in these cases.

a) People with disabilitieswe offer special, discounted seats tailored to the needs of individuals with disabilities. On-site assistance from security is also available to help with reaching designated areas.

b) Childrenmay attend events under the supervision of an adult.
